Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist (OT) provides patient care services which have been delegated by the OT
• Communicate and coordinate with patients’ care team to ensure a quality level of care.
• Evaluate and report patients’ progress.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted California COTA license required.
• Home Health experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance required.
