Position Summary: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Program Coordinator has a dual responsibility of conducting onboarding duties including new employee orientation, as well as ensuring HealthFlex employees comply with relevant skills competencies, certifications, regulations, and policies. The Program Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities pertaining to the new hire process and assisting to maintain personnel files. This role works closely with the HR Manager, TA Manager, and Hiring Managers in order to support the onboarding and compliance needs of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guides new hires through pre-employment process and ensure timely completion of compliances prior to start date to include but not limited to; references, background check, pre-employment health screening and license/education verification
    • Escalate issues and concerns to HR Manager as needed
    • Maintains accurate and timely update of records and files for personnel records
    • Interacts professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication
    • Participates in process improvement initiatives
    • Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
    • Supports HR Manager with new hire orientation and other duties as needed
    • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field desired
    • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or human resources experience required
    • Working knowledge of human resource systems such as HRIS database and application tracking systems
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
